This half marathon training plan in 16 weeks is designed for runners who are training for the Wine and Dine Half Marathon weekend at Walt Disney World (or anyone looking for a fun training program!). All runners of any experience, any race entry and either virtual or in person are welcome to join this wonderful community. In this half marathon training plan you will find: 3 days of strength training, 3-4 run days planned out (Following the Jeff Galloway half marathon training schedule but adding in optional speed workouts), Mobility Foam rolling, Runner's yoga specifically made for this program, Monthly zoom check ins.
