It is my job to make sure you are completely satisfied with your workouts. Trust me when I say that I have been in your shoes. I’ve felt hopeless, stuck in a rut, and just at a dead end. Something had to give. When I finally started working out in the way I teach my clients, something changed with my body. All of a sudden I craved a hard workout, I thought of eating as a way to fuel my workouts instead of just eating to be full. The change will and can happen for you! If I can do it then so can you. I offer personal training in the Sacramento area as well as online over Zoom. I can be flexible with your availability.

All of my personal training sessions are different. Before we start training, I like to chat and discuss goals and the realistic way to achieve those goals. Fitness is not a chore but a way of life, and getting fit should not be an obsession but a passion. When you sign up with me, I want you all in. We are in this together, but I need to know that you are committed  to making a change - whatever that might be. I hold my client accountable with time and always challenging them to do more. Sometimes clients have to come to just to improve flexibility, lower stress, or be able to do things they’ve never tried. Goals can come in all shapes and sizes. During my sessions, I mix cardio and strength circuits so no two session are the same, I implement exercise bands, hand weights, Kettlebells, Val slides and TRX.


Every month you will have 4 workouts per week tailored to your goal and race time. Workouts will be uploaded your personal profile where you can comment, ask questions, and submit feedback videos for me to check your form. The workouts are provided on a website and app where we can communicate back and forth as often as you like. Incorporated into your plan you will also find pace suggestions, mobility, core strengthening exercises and warm up and cool downs.

A lot of times I see people who have these very unbalanced which can lead to hormone imbalance, or a stall in your progress. I am not a doctor, so please consult with yours before starting any new diet regime, but with my suggestions my clients see great results. It’s about being realistic and making a healthy lifestyle a choice for life, rather than a crash diet. With macro coaching, you get your customized sample menu, your macro numbers, calories, and access to me night or day for questions. We check in weekly for 8 weeks and you send me your pictures, measurements and weight so we can see if we need to tweak your numbers.

Personal training is wonderful because in a one on one setting, I can really see how we need to progress. Personal training can also be a partner session or up to 3-4 people. When a client comes to me with a specific goal and a time frame in mind, we make it happen. I never have the same workout twice, but always like to hit the main target areas. Workouts should be fun and hard at the same time, so I like to make sure my clients have a smile on their face most of the time! If you have any injuries or restrictions, we can always work around them! I can also come to you!
